Shipping policy
Overview
We currently ship within the United States only.
Every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Some designs are produced in limited batches or prepared in small quantities. In those cases, processing may take additional time. If this applies to your order, you will be notified.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect shipping transit time only and do not include processing time.
Combined Shipping
If your order includes multiple items, all items will ship together once the full order is ready.
Packaging
Packaging is selected based on the items in your order to ensure proper protection during transit.

Wrapping papers are shipped in a sturdy square tube to prevent creases or damage.

Name tags and ribbons may ship in a standard envelope or together with wrapping paper, depending on the order contents.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders, as indicated on the site at the time of purchase.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Issues
Ineffable Signature is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control once an order has been shipped.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
