We take great care in creating and packing every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Custom & Personalized Items — Final Sale
All custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Personalized name tags

Custom or made-to-order designs

Bespoke or special-order items
If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Returns — Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and in original condition

Original packaging is included

Proof of purchase is provided
To request a return, please email gift@ineffablesignature.com for return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping will be covered by us.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Bank or credit card processing times may vary
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an exchange is desired, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
